Jordan River Trail Stewardship Series - Cottonwood Park 8/15

Salt Lake City Public Lands

Join a volunteer effort to help clean up the Jordan River Trail! Volunteers can expect to dig up dirt and grass to revamp an old path, remove trash/debris, remove invasive weeds, and prune/trim trees. Beautifying this space helps maintain a natural hangout space for the community. Removing trash and invasive weeds helps to mitigate urban impacts on the vulnerable Jordan River ecosystem. Our clean-ups help to promote the welfare of Utah wildlife while also making the trail safer for both recreators and commuters.
