11/24 - Jordan River Trail Clean-up - Cottonwood Park

Salt Lake City Public Lands

Join a volunteer effort to help clean up the Jordan River Trail! We will be meeting at Cottonwood Park by the parking lot. Volunteers can expect to pick up litter/debris and remove invasive weeds. Removing trash and invasive weeds helps to mitigate urban impacts on the vulnerable Jordan River ecosystem. Our clean-ups help to promote the welfare of Utah wildlife while also making the trail safer for both recreators and commuters. Volunteers must register individually to accept volunteer waiver upon registration. SIGN UP FOR A VOLUNTEER SHIFT BELOW!

1600 N Star Dr. Salt Lake City, UT 84116 United States

Volunteers can expect to get hands on and use tools to remove trash, debris, and invasive weeds from around the park. Remember to stay hydrated and take breaks when needed.
